Make Space Yoga

Make Space Yoga is a space to explore embodiment, calm and a sense of aliveness through conscious movement and mindful breathing practices.

Training, Qualifications and Experience

I underwent my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at The Cliffs of Moher Retreat in December 2018. Since then I have been teaching regular yoga classes in counties Limerick, Kerry and Cork. I also facilitate occasional food and yoga retreats. In 2020, I completed a 20-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training. And now currently in 2024, I am competing a 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training.

Teaching Style and Approach
My teaching style is clear and approachable. I believe in the power of mindful movement and breathing, simple forms (poses) and free movement to reconnect with our true selves. In my classes and workshops, I often draw inspiration from nature and the seasons โ€“ through the use of imagery, themes and grounding practices. I also work in accordance with the seven chakras, the subtle colour-coded energy system in our bodies, that when in balance, encourage us to connect with our rootedness, flow, strength, heart-centeredness, expression, intuition and wisdom.
