A creative studio for making, creative consulting and facilitation at the intersection of design,
art, food and wellbeing.
Hi, I’m Steph. I am a cross-pollinating creative working across multiple disciplines. My intention with my work is to follow the spark of my interests, nurture connection, inspire creative living and contribute to meaningful change.
I work 1:1 with people who have something meaningful they want to bring into the world - helping them think it through creatively, find its essence and give it form. Read more.
Design Consultancy, Business Mentoring & Facilitation
I have over fifteen years' experience working with creative entrepreneurs, artists, businesses, community groups and visionaries who care deeply about what they are bringing into the world.
I offer a space to think creatively, explore what's possible, tease things out and distil an idea. From this, you may leave with greater clarity about what comes next, or we may continue together to develop and give the idea tangible form - through design, a book, a website, a visual identity or another creative expression.

Sheela large hand-formed polymer stud earrings in red, plum and purple colour. Colours inspired by the vast cosmic and fleshy energy of Sheela na Gig. This is a new style of earrings for Punch and Fable, incorporating more organic forms and empty space in the middle to symbolise the portal into this expansive archetypal energy.
DETAILS:
Earrings measure approximately 30mm in diameter
Affixed to stainless steel posts
Designed and handcrafted by Steph Sheahan in her cottage studio in the west of Ireland
Each piece is unique and so the scale and patterning may vary slightly
